Gocek hosts a number of peaceful and tranquil areas to choose from just tell us your wish list and we will do our utmost to fulfil it. Be it a 2 bedroom apartment to a large Villa with own pool we can help you locate your perfect get away. You may like to mix the holiday with a 3 day or 1 week blue cruise We can have car rental at your disposal or suggest some interesting areas for you to visit locally.

We can organize the setting up of rentals for you and will advertise extensively.  Renting out a property takes up a great deal of time, communicating with your customers, sending out property details, arranging payments, organizing the  arrivals and departures, preparing the cleans, the list is endless!

So why not take advantage of our ‘Rental Services’ and we will do our very best to get the rentals you expect and do all the required preparing for the guests. You will have peace of mind knowing that everything has been taken care of.

WHAT WE OFFER?

Here below you will find the terms of rentals. If you find your own rental customers we will give you the service such as airport transfers, welcome packs and cleaning:

1. We will advertise on world wide and Turkish web sites
2. Request for rentals will come directly through to us via email.
3. we will do the corresponding emails and explain the payment terms
4. We will request a 50% deposit to be put down by renter, this is a none returnable deposit and explained to the customer.
5. The remaining 50% monies to be paid on arrival in resort
6. We would organize the transfers these will be quoted to the customer and will depend on the number of people on the transfer.
7. We will visit the guest on arrival, if late night transfer, the following day to collect the 50% of the rent and the transfer monies
8. We would hold a £200 breakage deposit this will be picked up on arrival along with the remaining rental monies & to be returned to the renter after they have left and an inspection has been done of the property
9. Cleaning, welcome pack charges & our 15% commission will be reduced from the rental monies and all owing monies will be held in resort for the owner to collect when next in Turkey
10. We will hold a minimum of 2 sets of keys 1 for transfers & 1 for cleaners we would like a 3RD SET FOR EMERGENCIES, ANY LOST KEYS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE RENTERS.
11. A call out fee will be charged to open up due to guests leaving keys in apartment (lock out cases etc.)
12. We will leave a 24/7 phone no. for emergencies for your guests along with some useful telephone no.s directions and basic instructions as to how to get around Gocek etc.
